About Us

TPA is a privately held British Columbia firm providing independent, expert consulting to local, regional, provincial, and First Nation governments. We specialize in fire service and emergency management, delivering practical, forward-thinking solutions that strengthen governance, enhance operational effectiveness, and support safer communities.

Our work spans governance and policy reviews, fire master plans, strategic planning, feasibility studies, and comprehensive fire service reviews. We conduct fire hall location studies, organizational and operational assessments, quality assurance reviews, and community risk assessments. TPA also supports First Nation engagement initiatives, evaluates administrative capacity and support needs, assists with senior leadership recruitment and mentoring, develops training programs, and provides guidance on emergency management governance and emergency communications systems.
